VIP Offer eDM
This email was sent to a small group of 740 high-value 'VIP' customers and included an exclusive 30% off offer. The year before this I used animated candy hearts in an email targeting the same group of customers. That email generated over $17,000 in sales. By using the same design a year later, I hoped to subtly build rapport with these customers with a familiar design. Because it was going to a select group of 'VIP' customers, I also wanted the design to be a bit out of the ordinary to show that this wasn’t a mass email.
